Two years ago and in desperation to find a good designer to match up with our unique product range I came across Creative Origin on the Internet. I remember thinking that this company looked promising after the several designers we had tried out over a period of many years. I took the plunge and initiated our first project with Creative Origin and then started discussing ideas with my appointed designer. Within a few days the first draft was emailed over to me and wow! The look of the work was far better than I had expected and the frustration and pressure lifted off my shoulders immediately, my search was over. All seven people in my company agreed that the quality of work from Creative was in a different class to what we were used to (getting us all to agree on anything is a rarity) Since then we have built up our world-class product range using Creative Origin to design everything from instruction leaflets, brochures and packaging. My company works hard to find the best people in the business even if it takes years and we certainly unearthed a gem in Creative Origin. We will be using Creative Origin for all our new projects and it is a pleasure working with such a friendly and professional team of people. Although the logo and corporate ID of the project was very out of date, and not suitable for electronic use, any refresh or redesign kept being put off because we thought it would be expensive and complex. The truth was that the process - briefing, looking at a handful of possibles and refining the favourite - was actually very straightforward and largely done by exchanges of email. The logo went into use almost as soon as it was decided, it's very popular with staff and the cost was within our budget (which is never very generous).
